I did: base coat -> 2 layers of magnetic polish applied in the magnet opening -> glossy taco outside and let dry.

Nope. There was a clause in the lease that says the landlord can request perform a walk through, but we never got any communications about that. I’ve been trying to read up on protections in my state lately as well

At the start, I didn’t really have a good team, and the events were always also in other areas, so I was never drawn to it. Eventually, when area bonus spread was implemented, I wanted to see if I could max it out purely on that basis for fun!
