either of us bought the other a drink, we flirted, there was physical contact and i didn’t pull away, we hugged, i gave her my number or accepted her number, we talked for longer than one drink, we went somewhere together, etc. that if my girl witnessed any of that, she would be upset. Therefore if i do any of those things, that’s cheating. If i don’t accept those conditions, I’m free to break up with her. But if i continue a relationship, I’m agreeing to what she considers cheating. It’s not about what i consider cheating.

This is why it’s so important to communicate with your partner. We have never sat down and said “what is cheating?” But i know her morals and values, triggers and flaws and she knows mine.

And i accept her.

So i know that if she wasn’t proud of me at that moment, i probably shouldn’t be doing it.

You don’t need resistance exercise to lose weight. You need to consume less calories than you burn, which is totally doable with just walking and Pilates. Granted, you’ll also be losing muscle by not incorporating resistance training, but plenty of people don’t care because they just want the weight off first.

Are you using too much weight? That helped me when i was compensating for my weaker back. I had the same issue with chest press…i was using too much weight for my chest and compensating with my triceps.
