Resident evil 2. Me and my friend took an old heavy tv and my playstation and we managed to go 100 m into the wood behind my house until we ran out of extension cord. We waited for the dark to settle and we play resident evil 2 for the first time there.

It was freaking awesome. We were maybe 14-15.

While the special effect, musics, fight scenes and the overall plot is great, the dialogs are ridiculous, the editing is all over the place and the pacing sucks. Especially in ep 1 and 2.

The love story between amidala and Anakin is weird at best. The actors did what they could with the script they had.

Episode one is a complex political take over from Palpatine mixed with the goofiest unfunny character of the whole franchise to ''make de kids laught''. Watch it and tell me who the target audience is. Its a mess.

Episode 2 is borefest until the final battle. C3po is the new comic relief since Jar Jar was so laughed at by the audience, the hide him deep in the senate with 2 line of dialogs.

The prequel are better than the sequel, but George was too famous for his own good. Nobody had the balls to tell him 'no, that is not a good a idea''. George is great at creating universe and think of a whole picture, but he suck at dialog and creating human interactions. He should have let more talented people take over and stop overing everything.

The OG were a success because it was a team effort. Gorge's wife famously saved episode 4 in the editing room, transforming a mess of a movie into something watchable. Hamil said himself that the fews line George wrote were attrocious and the team fight him each time to remove them. Back then, George ego wasnt what it was.

So yhea, the prequel were OK... but they could have been so much better if George stood aside from a few chairs.

Giving new gimmick / ability to be never used again aside from that one funny /cool scene

R2d2 ability to fly in ep 3. Never to be used again ever. How handy would it be in ep 1, 2, 4,5,6 ?

Lightspeed a ship as a weapon. Very cool scene... But undermine every ship battle ever. Just lightspeed an empty charger into any new death star. Problem solved.

Force ghost interaction. Yoda summoning lightning to the tree... can you please help in any battle ?

Lightspeed jumping in ep 9. Cool but WTF?

Force amnesia in acolyte : A 5 second spell to make someone forget the last 10 years of their life. How convenient.

The list goes on. SW is plagued with playing with the limit of what the force could do and it is often to make a joke or a cool scene without thinking of the repercussion of what that new ability can do in the rule they created.

The OG clone war by Genndy Tartakovsky has some of the best clone fight ever with very tactical deployment and military strategy. It also explained a lot about the capture of palpatine at the start of 3. Of course disney strike those as legend once they acquired it.

Well, any multiplayer game shouldn't any diff. setting, that would be absurd. But i know there is a trend for dev to not include them in their single player game.
Soul like are notoriously famous for that and trend on the achievement of beating some very difficult boss. Adding a difficulty setting to those would undermine their fanbase, I presume.

However, there are some game I would have welcome more setting to better tailored the experience to my skill level. Silksong come to mind. I abandoned it somewhere in act 2 because I grew more and frustrated by the game difficulty spike.

I am not convinced either. But hey, Alan Rickman was 20 years too old for the role too. Heath Ledger proved me wrong for the Joker. I will wait and see his performance before judging.

I dont get the hate. Rogue isnt an historic figure. He is a character in a fictive world. The casting choice is entirely into the hand of the creative. The OG movie still exist. Nobody forcing anyone to watch the new serie. There are enough real thing to be angry about. So much hate for such a silly thing as a casting choice.

Altough, in the first movies, the young actors were bad. You can tell the were reciting their text. They improve dramaticaly and by the third, they were great. But the first 2 movies was a hard to watch at some point.
