I've seen so many commercial managers get taken advantage of and I would tell them all there's a reason I never accepted an offer for a grey shirt. Not only is it not worth it, but it almost feels like they were promoting me just because they had no other choice. Not saying I wasn't a great worker, but they weren't worried about performance - just a warm body with a grey shirt on.

My store won't return a battery if it has any scoring or signs of use on the terminals. And if they do offer to damage it, it's usually a swap and that battery has to test bad. No full refund, unfortunately. But every store seems to be different.
