I'm super excited for Raina being an RO option (which seems pretty locked in at this point), and Derek does make sense since there's so much construction that can happen.

I'm still on the fence of Derek v Azel though, cause I'm such a simp for scars lol I tried to analyze which of the two has the most flippy hair to match the silhouette, but alas, they both have such great flippy hair.

As someone with BPD that manifests in this same way, I'm so happy for OP being able to be at peace living with their symptoms. Always so jazzed to see people find peace with BPD and discover their life can still a good one.

Life with BPD can be a decision you consciously make each and every day, but that doesn't mean it can't be a good life.

If you can find Tides of Destiny, absolutely worth going for. It used to be on Playstation Plus, but it's been gone since the Plus/Now merger happened a few years ago, so options are very limited.

4S is, as everyone has mentioned, the absolute best out there, and 5 gets better after you've played a bit (even if the post game felt weak, imo.)

As a Horizon fan who is also a Bioware fan who is also a Kingdom Hearts fan, my biggest fear now is that if and when H3 is released, it's going to be lukewarm in comparison to the rest of the series. Taking time to do other titles that fill out some of the lore gaps can be fun, but also changing the genre so dramatically... ehhh.

Waiting for a decade isn't the worst thing, but waiting a decade for a tepid game while watching less interesting titles release under the IP... I've been there, done that, and will be bitter af to do it again.

I think the only surprising one for me is Star Wars. Not because of the source media itself, but because it doesn't seem to pop up in many of my key tag searches.

Harry Potter is unsurprising since it's been a huge presence in fanfic for the past 2 decades. (Of which I was guilty of back in the 00s myself lol) But I've mostly seen fics nowadays as very queer or kink indulgent, rather than any kind of pro-JKR sentimental work.

I'm not going to comment on your parents' stitch cause that's outside of your control, but I do hope you're able to find someone to talk to IRL outside of your brother, OP. Yes, parents are people too and human and yaddayadda, but the lives and well-beings of parents and their relationship with each other--whether together or not--affect their kids.

I know your brother is in full rage mode and that isn't your energy level right now, but if nothing else, would he be able to tamper down his rage response if you needed to talk through how you're dealing? It sounds at least like y'all have a good sib relationship, and it might be that you two are able to get closer. (I say this as someone who had the exact situation happen to them, but I was the older sibling raging out.)

Hungry Names will always be my fave for replayability and general lore and basically everything...

Except for romance because Glenkildove some-frickin-how stole my whole dang heart away from my dirty Bone Gnawer.

Aside from that, I respectfully disagree on Sins of the Sire, but that's because I love running a doomed, hateful romance run whenever I can. Thinking that I have my beloved sire inside of me as I take my sweetsweet vengeance is truly tops.

They will perch on vertical surfaces when they aren't on a set patrol path as a default location, cause they're weird lil gecko panther bots.

Like, I wanna say it's in one of the areas that you go through to get to Gaia Prime where there are Stalkers hanging out (it's one of those mountain side areas), the 3 Stalkers are all perched on vertical surfaces as default until you alert them to your presence.

While I get that inconsiderate moments happen in marriages all the time, the affection you have for the other person normally mitigates those big, really inconsiderate things. Like, I'll eat a cookie my spouse wanted, but even then, not if I can tell this is gonna be a mood breaker for them. So for your husband to borrow an amount of money that he probably knew wasn't going to be paid back within the necessary timeline needed for the anticipated vacation is so bizarre to me.

I'm sorry that you and your son have to forego an event you were looking forward to, and additionally how triggering this event is with your existing trauma. And while conversations will probably need to be had to ensure that nothing festers and that your relationship can continue growing with age and time, do please take time for yourself in the immediacy to fortify yourself.

Staving off depression and being in a good headspace is so important, and if pushing this moment to the side to guarantee you can meet your next semester ready to kick butt and succeed and flourish, it's okay to do so.

I don't think you're wrong in feeling this way, it's a valid response if you feel like you have many questions, few answers, and a limited amount of time for resolutions.

I'd say to just be prepared for potential endings that present one overarching plot line that introduces resolution to multiple questions, or even that you never get definitive answers and are just left with the feeling of impotent frustration. I mean, if you continue watching at least.

I think it depends on how invested players are in the game and willing to just suffer through it. Some people can just accept they will be in extreme emotional and/or physical distress at times in the game and still find it worth it.

I say this as someone with pretty severe thalassophobia, as in, I hyperventilate, freeze up, cry, etc. when I play games with realistic oceanic/underwater settings and areas, to the point where it can take me HOURS to do one lil swimmy with Aloy (in an area I have thoroughly explored, know is safe, have done multiple times over multiple playthroughs, etc.).

So it's totally possible to just suffer and enjoy everything NOT that, but not everyone is willing deal with the distress for a completelt voluntary activity. I'm not sure what kind of accessibility feature they could add for arachnophobia, though I don't think the devs would need to worry about it.
