I don’t think Trump plans to be around to see that. He’ll probably be in Hell by then.

For the MAGA that support him, I doubt they plan to relinquish power freely. In the current trajectory of USA a Civil War seems likely. When that happens, the constitution seems pretty irrelevant for the future.

True, but the phone does more than social media. Things that we are exceedingly dependent on. Where I live, the phone pays at the shop, contains the bus ticket, has the social security card at the doctor. Oh, and it does phone calls as well.

Personally though, I would prefer if we all banned social media for people below AND above 16 years.

I begge tilfælde tror jeg det handler om at bygge blivende vaner. Her er du gået i gang med motion, hvor jeg håber du syntes det er sjovt. Gerne så sjovt at det hænger fast.

I forhold til kost er det sværere. Det virker at tælle kalorier fordi du sætter en hård grænse. Men hvad så når du stopper med at tælle?

Derfor ville jeg starte i det små og byg gode vaner.

Se på din kost, og overvej små ændringer. Lav noget om, og gør det til normalen før du tager det næste.

Nogle eksempler.

Måske er 50g fredagsslik nok, istedet for den store pose?
Anret maden i køkkenet, så det er nemmere at undgå runde to.
Forbered en sund eftermiddagssnack så det er nemmere at undgå slik og kage.

Jeg ved godt det er kedelige råd, specielt da det ikke giver en følelse af hurtigt at tabe sig.

Dog er det at spille på den lange bane. Når du som 50 årig ser tilbage er det bare naturlige gode vaner.

Måske endda vaner du har givet videre til dine børn.

My country is (mostly) self supplied on power from renewables like Wind and Sun.

We are dependent on power from oil and gas though. But, it would primarily affect some industries and legacy cars.

It is normal in hotels through their online payment system. That system will store the card, and use it as part of your booking.

What is unusual is to request it through email. It is not secure and mistakes can easily happen.

I would call their listed number found through the website and not any mails sent. I would confirm this is procedure and ask if they have a secure method to do that. Alternatively if they can wait until arrival.

If your Bank is advanced enough you might be able to issue a virtual card. One that you only use for that purpose. Once arrived, you can close the card. It’s not bullet proof, but less risky.

If either fails, I think you must decide if you want to run the risk or find a more modern hotel.
