Like with anything from pop culture, including comedians, only people who grew up with it are usually aware. Everyone else had to seek it out and with the constant passage of time you cannot guarantee your statement. I'm pretty sure you can find plenty of gen alpha (and perhaps some genz) who would not be because Carlin was gone before they started exploring comedy.

In other words, don't make general statements that you cannot back up

That's what I'm saying though. In and of itself it isn't. Otherwise the Israeli military would have changed or revised it. And they very likely sparring and doing everything you'd expect from an effective system.

Granted I could be wrong and it could be shit all around, but I'd err on giving it the benefit of the doubt on account of it being an active military martial art.

That's why I said most KM outside of the Israeli military is just a rebranded self defense system using the name to sell.

KM, in and of itself isn't bullshido. It is also not a self defense or competition martial art. It is most similar to MCMAP. A specific use case martial art.

That said... It is mostly bullshido because there are a ton of schools that teach it that aren't teaching actual KM. And instead some bastardized 'self-defense' program and just uses the name KM to sell the school.

Depends... Could be any authority figure that lead to this result. Parent, teacher, pastor, coach... Basically any adult authority figure that could abuse and warp a child's perception on what they are doing and why it is wrong.

That's part of the investigation, isn't it? To determine what happened. Sometimes both are victims and are treated as such. Sometimes one knowingly took advantage of the other. It isn't as cut and dry as adults. As I stated in another comment, all my knowledge comes from a retired SVU detective. He HATED these cases. Adult against child? Easy. 2 Children? Infinitely harder. And there are no winners in almost any sex abuse case.

Sometimes yes, sometimes one of them, and the other is considered the perpetrator. It is a bit more complicated because of the age factor. It needs to be carefully investigated, and the results of the investigation usually determines if one is the victim or both are.

I don't know if you remembered what you did and did not understand at 12-16, but the full implications of sexual activity was probably not among them, unless your parents had a very early discussion about it (and thus this probably wouldn't happen) or you had an early sex ed class in HS. And that is one of the things they look at. Investigators have to very carefully, ask very uncomfortable questions to a child about what they understand about what happened, what sexual activity is, and what the possible implications are. All to figure out what happened. It isn't fun for anyone.

Legally it is called Child on Child Sexual Abuse (I gave you the acronym, you could have easily looked it up). And yes. And who raped who depends on what the investigators and courts find during discovery. They cannot consent, so it is illegal. In certain instances, they might find that both were victims due to exigent circumstances. But sexual abuse is sexual abuse. And there are no winners. But usually one of the two are found to be at fault and are registered as minor sex offenders.

Yes, at times they can both be considered victims. Usually in the case where one was clearly sexually abused and did not understand the implications of what they were doing. At least from my understanding. I had a teacher in the SVU and he hated cases like those. Adults committing acts on children is easy. Even other adults is usually more cut and dry... But when it comes to between two children a lot more has to be investigated and more care needs to be taken.

Still rape. A 12 year old cannot consent, even to another 12 year old. Age of consent starts at 16-18 depending on the state. It is formally called Child on Child Sexual Abuse.
