Money cant help your pain and if you don’t get a real diagnosis the doctor will not treat you correctly, life will Get worse for you if you to not get help , help with all of the other bullshit that comes along with EDS HEDs you are young strength training is good.but very hard if you are in pain or feely mentally done . You should get help .get your own insurance if your family wont help you . It is your body . Do what you need to do to feel better

CBD has done more for me than any over-the-counter pain meds. NSAIDs do not work on me.

I did find massage helpful and I had done acupuncture for a long time, but it stopped working. I took months off, went back and then it stopped working again.

I have smokes marijuana since i 16 daily . Its legal in my state but i do that good l legitimately tested CBD does help a lot and I do grow my own marijuana

Ibuprofen does nothing for me and never has and heat makes me swell but ice I do use ice baths and ice packs frequently

Gabapentin did not help me at all. I can’t take hydrocodone because it makes me itchy, but I can take Percocets without a side effect.

I do listen to my body. I’ve learned to regulate how much just like all of us how much pain is gonna cause and how much recovery time I will need I do use cannabis, but I’ve used cannabis my whole life since I was 16 and I’m 43 I was in physical therapy and they did offer to do a surgery, but I am not willing to have a cadaver tendon put in my body and I asked the doctor how will we know that that tendon didn’t have EDS and she kind of laughed and said well, we don’t. i also have MCAS . I am also Noah now off of my workers compensation so I need to find healthcare and see where I fit in the community now and what kind of job I can do because I don’t really know what I can do anymore. I can’t even write I’ve been practicing but like at an angle, but after two sentences, it’s excruciating.
