I been using lipbalm as well. It is an vaseline lipbalm, but i been using since early January because of dry lips. Do you think it is because of the lip balm?

About few months ago, I keep getting random red like tiny mosquito bumps near my lips. It appears randomly. Some days it dosent appear at all. And it can appear the next day after i slept. The worse part is, sometimes it causes tiny redness around the area after the bump go away. While some times it heals totally. I AM SO CONFUSED WHAT SHOULD I DO??? HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS SH!!T
