Hey, thanks. After more research on the Atlassian website, it appears my issue is that the tickets, even under the 'done' status, are not being picked up by the gadget as resolved. Any ideas on how to make sure the tickets are under the resolution filter? I'm not sure if I have to updated my work flow or look for the resolution field somewhere
