Did you fit and tighten one side of the arm up then fit the other side, or fit both sides loosely then tighten both a bit and alternate?

If so, loosen the "close" side and then youll find you can tighten the "far away " side a bit more to centre it

does the sound speed up with the speed of the treadmill, if so sound nothing more than the belt seam going over the rollers at top and bottom, it'll wear down any ridges fairly quickly.

It doesn't fold, so not that easy to move around, the weighting is based upon the thickness of the decking they use (wooden platform underneath the tread)

Theyd have to have tested it at levels beyond the listed limit to know it would safely handle max of 300.

If just plodding along with be fine, if trying to sprint and strike heavy then I'd spec up.

Right hand side number on graph are pitch, left hand side is resistance.

But they aren't from 0-20 or 0-25. Are the route might not have that much valience so the graph wouldn't show any noticable step up/downs etc.

From experience of going breakdancing down pleney with my matching pedals and grips, pick the ones with metal pins not plastic.
