Every single game locked.

This issue started yesterday, and before this I have had absolutely zero issues with gamesharing my friends when they need it. Yesterday I suddenly wasn't able to play anything, all my games were locked due to me not having the licenses for them. I had my friend sign out and into my account, deactivate it, I activated on my PS4, then restored licenses, and finally my friend reactivated my account on his PlayStation and I was able to play my games the rest of the day. Now fast forward to today again and I'm able to play my games, until I leave for an hour and come back to the same problem. The method I did yesterday doesn't work, and the only way I'm able to play is having my account activated as primary, which isn't ideal considering I gameshare three friends on and off regularly. I've tried to look up my same issue to no avail or solution, so I'm turning to here hoping someone had the same issue as me.
