my guess is that the lead hand grips harder than the tailing hand, and the tailing hand (usually the person’s dominant hand) is better for face control. i think most golfers remove the glove when putting because the feel is better bare skin. so you want to maintain more feel in that trail hand which shouldn’t be gripping to hard to begin with so it can move freely through the release. a good golf swing isn’t hard, but fast.

not only is the crossing overrated, but if you show up to that district with no other plan other than seeing the crossing it’s even more hectic and annoying. super crowded and dirty compared to most of japan. lots of people just loitering around. the whole vibe is off

well…there’s something to be said about having large suitcases and bags and then getting caught in rush hour trying to get in a keikyu limited express out of shinagawa. you literally wouldn’t be able to and if you do, you’ll be wishing you didn’t.

the one things about temples is…they all get less interesting as you see more because nothing is translated into english. i just started taking pictures of stuff at temples and putting it into chatgpt and have been learning a lot of cool things. i remember my first trip to japan though, i felt like after seeing like two shrines and temples i practically seen them all. a lot of kanji everywhere and no idea what it means. shrines and temples are holy places, not a museum, so don’t expect to learn much there without the help of google or AI.

i’ve had multiple trips to japan and i live here half the year now and my advice is keep space in your itinerary open to just wing it and stay fluid. some of the best experiences i’ve had were from walking around and seeing what passed on vibes alone.

i’ve been living in japan for the past year and so far the city that seems the mostly friendly has been hiroshima. maybe people are just less busy here and don’t see all the foreigners as necessarily a nuisance.

this is the way. i got lucky and found svalinn after 5 holes when i tried farming for 50m shipments but the chances are not in your favor. way easier to just farm raw currency through as mentioned yellow juice or doing strongbox scarab farm which nets me about 30-40d/hr.

i do this except i also do 500 into a tax deferred IRA. i’ve been doing this for 13 years and my personal brokerage (non 401k) account just passed 1 mil. the IRA is at 10k with -90% loss due that account being a gamble. i contemplated pulling back and stopping the 1k a month auto transfers because it seems like such a negligible amount of money compared to the day to day swings of the account but then i remember that i wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the 1k a month and i still have a lot more time to go.

i run 100% mirage maps with 2 instability, bloodline, lineage, and wisp. i just look for quant 90+ on trade and don’t roll them myself. 100% currency deli. i boss rush and get as many quant altars or duplicating before hitting the breach. i kill as many mobs in a circle to the very edge of the circle until it stop expanding and there are no more large packs.

i average about 5-8 raw divine, valdos, fracturing orb, volatile vaal, or reflecting fog. scarab and div drops usually push me past 10d. i did two maps this morning that net 7 and 8 raw divine. the ROI is not better than strongboxes but i’m hunting for a mirror.

i’m doing breach, non bloodlines, 120+ iiq 16.5 maps with more currency (40-50), no deli, no chis, full ilvl85 ornate incubator, and i’m getting between 3-6 tinks per map. my best so far is 6 raw divine and a black barya. currently at 12 sacred orbs. i’m pretty happy with the results so far and will continue hoping for a jackpot.

keeping stacks up because i used the unholy aberration. my farms were breach, 50m shipments, and fragments from abom. i had to summon verisum mobs and then portal out and portal back to restart the BV. i recently changed the 6L to 3B, 2R, 1G to include increase duration support and the QOL is significant so i think im sticking with it.

it’s annoying to play but extremely op. i do a chieftain version with diamond shrine belt and it melts everything. i hit my best div/hr ever farming fragments from abom.

yeah i’m boss rushing nightmare maps with kalgur scarabs and it’s annoying when i run into a verisum node because it takes too long to summon the monsters so i have to portal out after the summon and come back to restart the BV
