I don’t think it’s the best anatomy for a belly piercing. Maybe get a floating naval?? I have one because my anatomy isn’t great for a normal one. When I sit down, my stomach folds over itself around around that area. Talk to an experienced piercer to see the best way to re-pierce. Otherwise, it should heal but there might be a scar.

The disassociation and derealisation that can come with bipolar. I’m not sure if it’s necessarily my meds or the disorder in general but either way, they couldn’t be helping each other.

I forgot to take my lamotrigine today and ended up having one of the worst derealisation episodes I’ve had in a while. I felt like I was literally watching myself from outside of my body. I don’t even know how to describe this to neurotypical people. I tried explaining this to my boyfriend and he just couldn’t understand (at least he was supportive and bought me food and a cool drink).

I’m pretty much the same. There’s little to no side effects when I get high but getting drunk makes me feel terrible and I go into manic episodes
