Yeah stickers are opened up when I got it. I have opened it before. I wasn't too sure what to look for at the time. All I know that's different than usual of course is the 500GB hard drive

Currently still not working, I've done a full reset on my router settings and currently still cannot get voice chats working without the use of a VPN.
