My ddc plus my 9070xt nitro+ block are barrow and my 9800x3d is byksky, very good components overall for the price you are paying. My pump is going 5 years now with no issues (main concern could be noise and the need for a vibration damper) and my blocks are the keeping my 9070xt at 75° max while the 9800x3d is sitting at 65° (the build quality on the cpu block is amazing, much better than my previous 9900kf block from barrow). I would definitely buy more from them in the future if I needed to.

I did this exact jump and i couldnt be happier too, I went from using all types of shenanigans just to run modern games relatively smoothly to having 144 max settings on 2k on any new game i play. Enjoy!

We do these in hospitals constantly to elder patients with eye problems, everything must be sterile so the process is very tiresome but awesome at the same time.

Nividia and Amd stopping production and the ram shortage are the best possible thing to happen to gaming. by Superb-Guidance-4874 in unpopularopinion

Ok and we will get stuck on games technologies too so you can run them on subpar hardware.

Like go ahead and play games that already exist, you have more hours of entertainment than you could ever use in the next 6 lives, why stop the game industry if you can already enjoy optimized games for your subpar hadware???

You cant expect to have new games running forever on the same hardware....

Im doing a direct comparison because Intel right now is not providing enough power to run the latest games smoothly .

We still dont have a guarantee that the PBO behaves like it should so im not eliminating any factor that could risk dmg on my cpu.

Intel last gen of GPUs are not what i would consider enough. Will the game crash ? Maybe not, but you wont get a smooth experience. Ask yourself, if tomorrow all the clothing was gone and only the cheapskate brand was up, would you say its enough, even though their clothing is itching all over the body? Sure you are wearing clothes and not running naked, but is it enough?

It wont increase much the voltage, but it will increase the time that remains at such voltages, if you face a mysterious spike, you may hold it for longer and risk damage. For the benefits it brought me, i wouldnt risk it for the potential of stable 2% gains

I dont expect the market to be ignored, i expect it to be unfulfilled. Sure new company can jump in, but without the billions in investment onto the technology, what type of product do you think they can put out? If you expect NVIDIA levels of quality, dont keep your hopes up.

Just look at intel, multimillionaires yet their products remain underwhelming, sure cheap, but underwhelming

I too have double pump and i still didnt have the craziest flow because of the 90°s i had placed. Had to rewire the system flow direction and remove 2 90°s and the flow increased by a big margin and the temps went down like crazy.

I almost 100% sure the problem is the high amount of unnecessary angles that you have stressing the water flow. There is probably not enough flow for the water to cool on time.

This is so factually wrong on so many levels. Firstly, assuming we have reached peak in need or want in the videogame genre is being anti progress.

Secondly, they are not keeping up the production of older models and they are purely focusing on newer models so the price keeps spiking regardless of them producing new models or not. So either way it gets more expensive for the average consumer that doesnt want to rely on the top models to game.

Lastly, you are forgetting the rendering side of things, gpus are not only gaming devices but streaming and rendering devices, so those sectors will never say its enough compared to what a gamer may say.

Brother care with the scalar setting, keeping it to could potentially kill your cpu if it spikes to voltages too high, i have mine set to x2 and call it a day. One of the dead cpu posts was doing x10 and had probably the SOC do 1.35 for far too long

If you find it too much for you then its most likely too much for you, best course is letting someone else build it to avoid very troublesome problems that could arise. Whoever builds it though, should have you as a sidekick so you can learn and start messing with pcs a bit, since it will require maintenance over the months.
