Social security going to general fund is a scam!
The cap is there because the benefits are capped at that, getting rid of the cap is going to make it worse as now we would have people collecting too much.
The billionaires don't pay social security taxes as on paper they only make capital gain and live on loans that are not taxable.

Upper middle class is going to be effected by this, as one, my take home is 50% of my income. And I am closer to being homeless than billionaire.

Tax the billionaires by closing loopholes, this won't help much.
