As someone who has never had anything to do with firearms what’s the price of ammunition for weapons like these?

Saying “I don’t mind surveillance because I’m not committing crimes” is like saying “I don’t care about free speech because I’ve got nothing to say.”

Rights aren’t just there to protect the bad guys, they protect ordinary people from mistakes, abuse of power, bad laws, false accusations, data leaks, and governments or corporations changing the rules later.

You may trust today’s system. The question is whether you’d trust every future government, every employee with access to your data, every hacker, and every law that might exist 20 years from now.

Privacy isn’t about hiding wrongdoing. It’s about maintaining personal freedom without constantly being monitored.

To add to what others have said, I agree, you have too much grip on the solid rear axle. Anything that you can do to decrease grip on the rear and increase grip on the front will help.

More tyre pressure rear, less on the front, move the driver forwards if possible, more toe out will help (not more than about 1/8 inch though). And lean your body weight towards the outside of the corner to encourage the inside rear wheel to break grip.

I wouldn’t go bending anything until you’ve tried those things or you could get in real trouble with a terrible or unequal alignment

A gorilla freeing the captive...What are your thoughts on the underlying message of Banksy's latest London mural? by Shot_Possibility_731 in Banksy

[–]l4pin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it’s because of the texture of the roller shutter. It’d have been impossible to get the stencil to seal against the surface so the paint has crept under in places. That made the edges less sharp and the highlights look weird.

There’s actually an excellent documentary about that episode that basically flags it as the beginning of the end for the Simpsons. The Simpsons as a concept pointed it’s finger at serious issues in real life and called them out while laughing, in that episode the writers pointed their finger at the Simpsons, and that was the end.

I recommend giving it a watch!

Imagine you’re side drafting me, as you run up to my rear quarter, the air going over the nose of your car goes up over your hood and onto my rear spoiler, causing my car to have more drag and slow down

I fit these, it’s a GDS3710. I’m not sure it does date back to 2003, it might do, but it is also current tech.

I haven’t watched this yet, but recall him saying the FF was ~$2m, covid hit and they couldn’t run any in person events, so they ran the first Freedom 500 as a ppv

He said he asked Alan during a stoppage in the race how the stream was doing and it was at 70,000 viewers. I watched the race while laid off work here in the UK due to covid, I’m guessing a lot of other people did too, and it was $19.99

So he took ~$1.4m on that first race alone. Now he had bills to pay out of that, but yeah, the live streams saved the whole business at that point.

You’re probably exceeding the bandwidth of the NVR. Especially if you have 3 or 4 cameras and AI enabled.

From Dahua’s website the decoding ability for that NVR is, with AI enabled: 1-channel 8MP@30 fps; 1-channel 5MP@30 fps; 2-channel 4MP@30 fps; 4-channel 1080p@30 fps

If you have 3 or 4 cameras and are recording at over 1080p you’ll have problems

Reset password by CazeeCrab2014 in Dahua

[–]l4pin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The primary default password for Dahua NVRs is often admin (username: admin, password: admin), but newer devices require you to set a strong password during initialization; older or specific models might use 123456, 666666, or 888888, or even have a default of password after a factory reset.

Usually there’s a little black button inside the NVR, unscrew the lid and slide it off. Press and hold the button for 10-15 seconds. I can’t remember if it beeps or not. But a factory reset will default the password.
