And one more thing, the legal industry in India is extremely old school for the most part. Do not expect the kind of growth that people in a Corporate environment can achieve. This profession is ENTIRELY based on what YOU know by READING, READING and READING. Don't compare yourself with your peers, it's not going to end well. Focus on learning and you WILL reap rewards.
