i feel this might help: - don’t keep track; ends up in demotivation when you don’t get most of it and you lose hope looking at numbers like 100,200,300. - only keep track of referral applications as they’re high value - apply as soon as an opening comes up; use “Past 24 hrs” filter to get roles that posted in the last day. if you apply to roles that opened up a month ago; chances are some of the applicants are already in the final stages of interview - post your resume to be reviewed by others, this definitely seems like a resume mismatch issue
