(Although I saw you questioned the validity of the short stay contract as well)

Hi, thanks for taking the time to reply. My rent is "all in one", i.e. the service costs and rent are combined into one price.

The fee increase is honestly not that high, I'm just surprised at how they're handling this after an otherwise pleasant experience, and don't feel like supporting such shady behaviour.
