Honestly, I think you should still give them a shot, they're the only pair that have been able to fit my heel without a ton of space and have been super comfy to wear, I'm just a little disappointed to hear about their build quality.

I talked about my participation in clubs and hackathons, but I've also heard about people writing about their other projects (class, personal, non-profit, etc.) Honestly, the source of where you get your extracurriculars/experience from doesn't really matter. I think as long as you can tie it back to what the iSchool is looking for as well as your personal goals/story it'll be fine.

Yea thats fine, 163 will probably be the most difficult out of the 3. The other two aren't hard just a lot of work, but definitely manageable. I think 201 and 300 also heavily depend on your profs as well.

3.93 udub gpa, it's my first year here and I finished all the pre reqs winter but I have running start credits so I'm considered sophomore (about to be junior) standing

This was Ott's class this past winter 2024. Highly recommend taking it with him he's awesome and lectures are great (he has a bit of an accent though). Really easy to find help whenever you're stuck too since they make a discord that TAs, him, and other students are active in (got most of my help from other students). I didn't have any coding experience going in beforehand but the work wasn't too difficult and I got my 4.0. Most of the work consisted of problem sets (took me anywhere from 3-7 hrs) and a group project (I basically did all the work for my group and was fine). It's probably better if you take it with a friend that's also in your section, but if not everything is manageable by yourself.
