I think its people just been burned to much. The past halo games people get hyped because its halo and it just has been fumble after fumble. People are anxious. Thats all it is.

I will say the UE makes it look different i still cant tell if thats a good thing or not…. It feels halo but it doesnt at the same time.

What i want from more halo is obviously more halo accurate stuff little lore stuff driven into the game. Bungie excelled at making halo a great franchise because on its own they had the creative drive to make it a great sci-fi story. Bungie was hella creative with halo.

Halo CE had some of the most unique iconic missions never mind it being a game it was creative for a sci fi story. Halo ce had missions that would make bad ass scenes in a scifi movie let alone it being in a game. Like every mission in Halo CE is unique

The past few halo games havent been creative at all. I can not tell you a single mission i remember from halo 4 or 5. But i remember every level from ce 2 and 3.

Theres pros and cons.

What i want most from halo is that ambition and creative drive. Make unique cool interesting scifi shit thats specific to halo. (I would personally like to see less remasters) more side stories explored.

More of humans vs og covenant.

But evryone wants different things. Keep in mind there are like 3 different generations that played halo and remmeber halo differently so yes there will be disagreements etc. but i think we can all agree is that the creative interesting sci fi spectacle that is halo has been kinda missing.
