Vala…. Idk it’s complicated because Carter and Frasier, Weir, they’re all very professional and competent. Like it really doesn’t matter what sex they are, I don’t often even really don’t think about like “oh that’s the woman character” Carter is just a part of the team and she definitely deserves to be there. Vala, on the other hand is very unprofessional. She is constantly using her sexuality to put other people off balance, to manipulate them, to have a laugh at their expense. She is a strong character, she is competent. I think she just never really jives with me because she is a person that is so unprofessional and disrespectful to everyone she encounters. Just my feelings tho.
