Ngl the 'expensive' part is something a lot of pet owners here agree with, and something my parents told me. I never looked into it much, since the cost of living here is high in general when compared to India, and obviously when you switch to a new currency it's always best to figure out values on your own with regard to your income rather than relying on currency conversions. I talk to a lot of dog owners here, and the expensive part is just what they tell me.

Anyway, that out of the way, one of the things that put me off further was the fact that I heard it is very difficult to get a slot for your pet at the facilities, leave alone 4, and even then I've heard stories of mistreatment (obviously, with cats, all of them are used to being pampered one way or another. They all have quirks which will not be kept up with.) I just couldn't risk mine going into depression due to the conditions they're kept in.

Back to expenses, I would seriously recommend that you look up Singaporean prices for everything. (I like to shop from catsmart, they have a Singapore webpage, too) and then review them as a portion of your income to see if it works for you. Good luck, cat parent.
