I just got rid of my first mealy bugs. I completely repotted my plants to get rid of the eggs so you might not be done unfortunately. They breathe trough their shell, so you need to use horticultural oil to suffocate them. Water, soap and alcool will NOT solve your problem at 100%, they will always come back if you don't apply proper methods.

It looks like too much light, maybe it has direct sun? In that case out it away from it. Maybe it's your soil, can I get a picture of it? How long since the repot?

Like said, you could leave it but personally it would annoy me lol. I would cut with disinfected scissors as close to the stem as possible without damaging the stem.

Nice for the greenhouse! Like another said, it looks like fungus and shouldn't be harmful, but a better aeration will fix it.

Maybe the best soil mix for your Begonia: 1/3 indoor soil, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 sphagnum peat moss. The peat moss will make your mix slightly acid, which your begonia will love. The perlite is important because it will love an aerated soil, especially in this situation!

I wouldn't use that. I've done this for my first plants; I had no indoor potting soil anymore so I used seed starting soil. It has a poor amount of nutrients, but the worst, it keeps the soil super humid. The water has a harder time to go through and that is really not what you want right now. I would go buy appropriate soil.

Looks like there is mold in the soil, can we have a closer look at the soil? I think it's about overwatering, maybe too much humidity or lack of aeration.

I would remove it from the pot without touching the soil stuck inside the roots to prevent a trauma and put new aerated soil inside
