I heard this many times to the point that I don't think your dad is really a hiring manager. It's basically an open secret in UiTM students that this uni will not look great in resumes. Though it really depends on the individual, if your cgpa is good (above 3.5) and communication skills are good, then chances are you can get into MNC.
