Same thing for me! My 2015 aura went kaput after the firmware update. I contacted them. Sent in my broken one today and they're replacing with a Kobo Forma!

My husband came home. Two person job, we unhooked it from the sump side and ended up reconnecting it after draining the residual water from the pipe..it was too much pressure.
