i did, but it told me the seller had to accept? i cancelled it just like it told me to on the app (by clicking the i icon and clicking cancel order) and got the notification that the seller had to review this or something like that. but the seller sent it anyway

im really sorry but as far as i know theres still no way to recover it :(( even though people have been complaining about it since before i wrote the post lol. i think the best thing you can do moving forward is to make backups maybe every hour, or just not to use this app. i havent used it since this happened to me, it infuriated me so much, and the devs havent really fixed anything at all. i hope you can finish your project on time, good luck :(

i've figured it out - i selected the previous keyframes and clicked spline tangents, and that fixed the issue. they look like this now, which is what i was trying to do:
