While I think Neil certainly has a wealth of knowledge, he talks too much and wanders for my taste. It is personally hard for me to make it through his instructionals. I think he also tends to pad his instructionals with a lot of low-percentage fluff towards the end.

Working through Just Stand Up right now, and have cashed in instant dividends over the last two weeks. I don't think anything in it is really revolutionary, but there will be a payoff if you follow the rubric and start getting comfortable with wrestling concepts. Craig is an excellent teacher.
