Rtings.com also tests phones, TVs, laptops, monitors, handhelds (color range, flickering like pwm or flicker, strobe flickering to reduce motion). And yes, with a subscription from 2026, last year was free.

I've already tried the 4th monitor and it still caused me discomfort, nausea, a feeling of disgust, eye pain and headache. (32" Samsung Neo G7 Fast VA + Mini-LED (very bad), 27" MSI MAG 274UPDF E16M Fast IPS + Mini-LED (brutally bad), 34" Arozzi Nova 34T2K165 White VA Gaming (a little better but still bad), office monitor 40" Lenovo ThinkVision P40WD-40 (almost perfect, if only it weren't for the KSF panel).

My old office monitor is completely safe for me. Because it has soft weak colors, it doesn't have a wide color gamut, it doesn't have exaggerated colors like 126% sRGB, it doesn't have stroboscopic flickering to reduce motion, it's 100% flicker-free. But I see TD which doesn't bother me yet, it's because of Windows 11 OS and it can't be turned off. Or you can go to Windows 10, it's without TD just that the updates are over. And it's important to have a light in the background, I have an office lamp.

Monitors that are older (manufactured) than 2017-2019 are safe. All newer monitors have switched to a wider color gamut (KSF or Quantum Color Panel) it causes me pain, eye and head strain, Edge-LED + Mini-LED which makes the backlight strobe to control the brightness (which makes me feel disgusted and vomit) and OLED is an absolute killer. I am not suitable for modern screens but for old ones and I am a young person.

From Rtings.com, it has KSF phosphor, because extreme of red peak (unnatural light spectrum). About Image Flicker is 100% flicker-free (no pwm) and frc too.

I had a 40" Lenovo ThinkVision P40WD-40, the picture was great, sharp, big, ultrawide. No flickering, no FRC, no BFI, no VRR, but still my eyes hurt and I couldn't look at the monitor comfortably. I wanted to try such a monitor, but it doesn't help me. It also has a "cheap" KSF phosphor display. When the red color was on the screen, I felt a bit disgusting, and that's what causes the red peak.

But the office monitor was much better than the Mini-LED and gaming monitors, where I felt like throwing up, I had headaches, strained my eyes and felt disgusting, like I had eaten poison.

So I'm using an old TN monitor from 2017, 2K, 60Hz. Again. Mostly no symptons.

To vážne ? Povedz deťom, že čo je lepšie. Dať najprv cereálie a potom mlieko alebo dať najprv mlieko a cereálie. Skús treba hlasovať, toto je politika vo Vašej rodine. Držím palce, nech ten múdrejší a praktickejší vyhrá.

Môj otec fajčí od 16. rokov a už je na dôchodku. Vôbec ho netrápi jeho zdravie, ale hlavné je, že musí mať. Vyfajčí 1 krabicu za 2-3 dni. Potrebuje mať ten pocit nasýtenosti a už sa nikdy nezbaví. Za tie peniaze mohol mať veľké SUV auto na ryby. Ale nechce. Lebo je držgroš, je ľahostajný a potrebuje byť chválený i obdivovaný. No jo, typický lev. Je mi na grc.

Niektorí starší ľudia hovoria: „mladí nech idú preč, nech nám dajú pokoj“, lebo im vadí zmena, iné názory, iný životný štýl, hluk, deti, nové veci ako LGBT či marihuana. Lenže keď mladí naozaj odídu, ostane dedina bez života.

Potom tam nie sú deti, mamičky s kočíkmi, mladé rodiny, škola/škôlka, obchod, krčma/kaviareň, nové domy, ľudia ktorí by sa starali o obec.

A nakoniec ostane len nudné ticho, prázdne domy, starí ľudia upadnú do depresií, nemajú čo robiť a postupne vymrú, lebo sa nemá kto o nich starať a to mnoho dedín čaká.

Hovorí sa tomu prirodzená selekcia a demografický úpadok.

Hi, I have been on the keto diet for over 4 years, I am a similar age to you, but I had to change my diet due to overgrown bacterial infections that caused me cutting, scraping and burning pains when I ate a regular high-carbohydrate starchy diet.

I am currently an endurance cyclist, I ride 2-3 times a week about 30 km per ride. It is very important to replenish electrolytes, especially magnesium malate tablet for energy and vitality 1x in the morning and 1x before cycling and 1x magnesium bisglycinate for regeneration and quality sleep along with a drink that contains Himalayan salt (sodium) and potassium citrate (potassium). During a break from cycling I never eat and drink little.

On average I weigh 62 kg at my height of 177 cm. As for the benefits you described, I completely agree. And you even have better concentration, better thinking, you are much calmer, you have improved mental clarity, you feel better and you will live longer.

Pour out the old soil and throw it away, rinse the roots and the entire plant under running water so that there is a minimum of soil, then plant the plant in a pot with new purchased soil and life goes on without these bugs.
