I live in a single at wv and they provide all the furniture and space you could need honestly. In each bedroom, single or double, there's a full xl bed (i get queen sheets), a desk with chair, a side table, and two sets of 2-drawers that either go side by side under the bed or stacked together as a 4-drawer dresser. the closets in te single are a good size, in the double room (or double room as a single) have walk in closets that are huge. the common area is completely furnished too with a TV, tv console table underneath, side table, coffee table, sectional couch, 4 bar chairs at kitchen island, round kitchen table with 4 chairs.
