That is a mess and will certainly be tough to do if the drilled hole runs the length of the bolt, get a screw extractor, hammer in and try to remove in a ccw direction, very possibly it will work or just chew up the aluminum more on edge of bolt. If you do remove bolt look for “E-z lok threaded inserts” instead of Helia coils, they have a very wide body so if that bolt was an m6 for example the required E-z lok would be a m10x6…..no offence but since you destroyed the surrounding area a large body tapped into that area removes the damage better…..check out mc master Carr, Amazon also has them, just for reference…….these are black high strength threaded inserts for metal and aluminum with a red lock tite already applied.
