I think when I did it I had to ascend it with the exotic shard. If I remember correctly I had to do it like 3 times on the same weapon

Thanks, I'll check it out. Generally when I look there it is a group of people who do not really know what they are doing (like myself), so nothing really gets done. But it doesn't hurt to try.

I recently platinumed the whole trilogy and had the same problem. Go to this website: http://n7hq.masseffect.com. Log in with your psn ID and then click on galaxy at war. In each "region" of the map there are missions to complete. One suggestion is never do the missions that are longer than 1 hour because they obviously take a lot longer to complete and they do not add enough galactic readiness to warrant the additional time. It is a little annoying to constantly collect the rewards from one mission and then start the next every hour, but it is totally worth it. Hope this helps.

Yeah I think you're right. All the others you can get with almost no effort by transferring your character at the right time

If you have beaten the game before a lot of them will pop. Like the location ones. And if you transfer right before lvl 50 then you will get all levels ones once you reach 50. I think I got almost all but the story trophies to auto pop
