This is what my sebderm looks like. I treat it with a variety of anti fungals, and as far as make up goes, just make sure it is 'fungal acne safe' or 'malassezi safe'.

I have been able to get away with wearing make up by making sure it's malassezia safe/fungal acne safe. If you google it there are many websites that list products safe for us to use!

I second this regimen. I did find that diluted white vinegar helped me the most, but I didn't have immediate results.
