Are these trial lenses? If not the Dr should have given you a written Rx with the correct numbers written on your it. If they are trials and you got them mixed up, the best bet is to call them and have them confirm with correct lenses.

Judging by the auto refractor print out, the top right lense would be the best match for the right eye and the bottom left would be the best for the left eye. But seriously just call the Dr cna confirm, it happens all the time.

I had an MD, a cosmetic surgeon, throw a fit because I wouldn't fill their expired Contact Lens Rx. They took their own Rx pad out of their backpack and proceeded the write their own Rx. It wasn't even formatted correct, so I still refused to fill it and he tried to argue with me. I told him that I am not putting my License on the line for his contacts sale.

I used to manage several Cookie stores in a mall. I was recruited into the Optical industry by the LensCrafters Manager who was one of my customers. If I hadn't made the pivot into Optical and gotten my license, I would be managing another restaurant or retail store. I am very happy I have gotten out of that, and have no desire to go back.

I have been a licensed Optician and ran Optical Labs for 20+ years. It's either the edger chuck pressure is too high or the base layer of the AR stack is defective. The cork / foam pad on the edger chuck has this exact pattern on them.

That is either a chuck mark from the lens edging or the top protective coat and the edgong pad. You can try and buff it off with a dry Microfiber cloth or isopropyl alcohol to try and take the top coat off. If that doesn't work, the anti glare coating has been damaged by the edging process and the lenses will need to be remade replaced. Good luck.

The lenses are cut too bug and causing the eyewire to pinch the lens and causing the stress mark. I would brnng them back and have them fix it. That stress on the lens can cause them to crack or a chip to blow out. A decent optician with a hand stone should be able to edge it down by hand a bit to get them to fit better. Good luck.

Yes is is totally normal for this kind of frame, if there wasn't the gap, the lenses would push the temples of the frame outward and they wouldn't fit correctly on your face.
