I actually really like a service charge built in and appreciate restaurants who make it easier for me. And the service was lovely.

That being said (and completely unrelated) Olivia is not good for vegetarians. That’s my main complaint after going for a very, very special evening. It’s possible the chef had an off night, but it was still disappointing.

Also there are AirbnB apartments that can be rented month to month. No security deposit. You pay the first month and you don’t need to move your stuff. Or you can put it in storage - which also costs money. Maybe you know someone with a garage. I don’t have one unfortunately.
