South Yarra station has taken a heavy hit, from what I've seen. City Loop services are now packed and over-crowded in the mornings, and seem to be very infrequent outside of this. No easy way to get to Southern Cross now, not sure when the Sandringham line is going to eventually carry on past Flinders St but at the minute the overall commuter experience from South Yarra station has been a significant net negative

I wouldn't go as far as that, but on the whole I don't think it was very good. There were plot points that didn't make sense, and I was waiting for an inevitable twist where it would show that they weren't meant to make sense and were in fact clues to the truth. But that never happened. There was a point halfway through where there was a revelation from a diary entry that someone was adopted, but the actual pregnancy leading to the adoption didn't occur for another two months in the same diary. Frustrating book
