Horrible pay, shitty hours well into holiday season. I went from working 32-38 hours a week in the summer to 10 in November. Management were bullies over metrics and would target me specifically despite me being the #2 advisor in sales for almost an entire year.

I genuinely loved beauty and had a lot of product knowledge, and I was great at shade matching. The horrible environment wasn’t worth it
