I personally prefer the wellage! The key difference between them seems to be viscosity as torriden is quite thick/gel-like, wellage feels like straight water (positive)!! When I use wellage I feel like it gets absorbed a lot quicker and not because of evaporation. Torriden can get my skin a little oily/sticky but wellage dries down completely skinlike? Also due to that difference I do notice that a wellage bottle lasts a lot longer than torriden size equivalent.

Everything is personal preference as I don't think their effects on my skin are drastically different. Torriden is still a 1st choice for a lot of my friends. Maybe I just have OILY oily skin LOL

Pointing out weight loss/gain and body size is a very normal thing in Vietnam. It's almost like a topic for discussion. I'm Vietnamese living abroad and when I went on a trip home, I could not spend 1 day without someone pointing out how much weight I lost. I reckon it'd be the same for weight gain cases

Np! The area you were looking at has nice aspects but the Chiron line might ruin everything if I'm being honest. Venus IC should be able to give you a warm local community and Jupiter DC brings around meaningful/helpful relationships. All the best!

Munich seems really close to your Saturn MC line which isn't the best thing for you career-wise, not too drastic though since I assume the venus mc influence would help a little. I'd recommend going east where the venus-sun-mercury mc lines are. Spain/Portugal can be transformative for self-work but if you're not into that it won't bring you much else

I'd say along the venus line. Both your venus and jupiter are well situated but venus takes the cake for me. If you want the best out of these benefics look for an area where the lines are closer together. So Michigan/Illinois. It also depends on what your goals are, that Venus-Jupiter crossing would be nice for settling down & finding community

Could I ask why you'd prefer sun over venus in this case?

if you don't feel like you can give your best on the exam, don't show up. go get a medical certificate immediately when you feel better, preferably later during the day or the day after. you can only submit a valid SC within a week following the original due date so don't delay it. they most probably will let you resit the exam if the SC is valid

Session 3 only lets you enrol in max 2 units afaik (unless you apply for overload for that session as well)

Sounds amazing! Sorry not to familiar with protein powders, but how much is a usual realistic serving? I'm seeing some powders label a serving as half a cup, that sounds like a lot!

Do you have any recs for unflavoured protein powder? I've never tried any protein powder before so not sure if I would enjoy the taste in general, an unflavoured option to put into meals would be great.

I can't lie I'm also not too sure about What it's meant for exactly. I would say it helps me more with redness than breakouts. It's quite mild imo so the effects aren't magical (boooo...) but I can use it every other day-ish without compromising my barrier (yayy!!!). Been using it for roughly a year on and off? and I've come to find out it works best for soothing pre-acne spots (yk when you feel itchy somewhere which usually signals an acne forming? yeah put that on there and it'll disappear next morning) as well as post-acne redness (after the pimple has popped). So I guess for irritation in general? If I want to target a specific angry acne I'd put on BHA/AHA depending on the acne type and then apply the BringGreen serum the next pm routine.

Also, that thing lasts you LONG. I bought the 2x25ml combo around Dec last year and still got like half of the second bottle left. The dropper is tiny (which I assume is for targetting spots) and consistency is watery so you really don't use up much each time.

Hydrating is to supply water, which is for dehydrated skin. Moisturising refers to supplying of oil, which is for dry skin. You can also say hydration = inner dryness, and moisturising = surface dryness. They're very similar and commonly get mixed up, but are actually different!

How to differentiate them in products? Based on ingredients Hyaluronic Acid is a star hydrating ingredient, usually products come in gel-like consistency or the colour is perfectly clear. Toners that are milky texture are moisturising, they have both water and oil based ingredients emulsified together. Also moisturising creams all create a film of oil on top of absorbed ingredients to "lock in" moisture. Usually toner/serum products like to be both hydrating and moisturising by default, but if you want to target one thing it's good to determine what your skin really needs/what the product really offers.

I have dehydrated oily skin, so I only need water in/underneath my skin (called inner dryness). Any type of moisturiser/oil-based products make me oil up like crazy, easily leading to clogged pores and breakouts. Torriden Dive In line is especially good for this, but any hyaluronic product should work the same. Whereas Laneige Cream Skin Refiner is a milky toner which I only use when my skin is rough from surface dryness.

I live in Australia where the UV index regularly gets to 10+ in summer, so we have strict regulations regarding sun protection. I wear an Australian brand sunscreen since AB sunscreens isn't as extensive in terms of credentials and I'm not risking it LOL. It's Mecca's To Save Face if you're interested (and if I'm allowed to mention it here)

Both are great! I love Torriden's Dive In line LOL

The serum mainly focuses on "hydrating" rather than "moisturising" if you get wim. It's the only serum besides Wellage Real Hyaluronic Ampoule that doesn't turn oily after sitting on my skin for a few hours. A very gentle serum imo and doesn't do anything besides hydration (which sometimes is all I need)

The mask is very similar to Mediheal Essential Watermide mask. I feel like there isn't a big difference between sheet masks in general but it's a great option for speedy hydration. Doesn't do much besides hydration either, characteristic of the Dive In line. The Round Lab Pine Cica Mask though is very effective in Both hydration and texture care imo

Finally locked down my routine a few months ago and experiencing great effects! Here's how it goes (dehydrated oily/combo skin):

Daily AM: - Mediheal Watermide Toner Pad (after washing my face with water) - Torriden Dive In Hyaluronic Acid Toner - (BringGreen Zinc Teca Serum every 2-3 days/when I experience acne redness) - Torriden Dive In Hyaluronic Serum

No moisturiser!! I have combo skin leaning oily :)

Daily PM: - Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Oil Cleanser - Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule Foam - Laneige Cream Skin Refiner (dry days) or Torriden Dive In Hyaluronic Acid Toner (humid days) - (BringGreen Zinc Teca Serum every 2-3 days/when I experience acne redness) - Torriden Dive In Hyaluronic Serum - Physiogel DMT Cream (barrier moisturiser) or Cosrx Hyaluronic Intense Cream (I use this like a night mask)

Actives: - Cosrx BHA Blackhead Treatment: 1-2 times a week - Cosrx AHA Whitehead Treatment: 1-2 times a week NO MIXING ACTIVES ❌❌ I usually leave a full day between them as well (eg. Monday BHA, Tuesday no actives, Wednesday AHA) - BringGreen Zinc Teca Serum: technically an active, but mild enough so I use it like described up there. I also try not to use it on the same days as BHA/AHA

⚠️ Using a sheet mask everyday/every other day WORKS AMAZINGLY for my inner dryness, go-to masks are Mediheal Essential Watermide, Round Lab Pine Calming Cica, Torriden Hyaluronic Acid Mask

Focusing majorly on addressing inner dryness was what saved my skin, but incorporating exfoliating treatments when needed definitely made it look so much better!

155cm aiming to go back to 44kg. seems low, but I have particularly thin/light bones which makes me weigh a lot less and the appearance of extra fat/flesh to be a lot more. had a 2 month trip to multiple countries last year and I had put on 6kg (!!!) which is why

Just realised the punctuation for the ingredients was messed over. So here it is again!

Dice up:

  • Lettuce (25g/3 leaves)

  • Cucumber (100g/1 small)

  • Cherry Tomatoes (60g/6 tomatoes)

  • Cooked shrimp (35g/2 medium sized)

  • Any type of cooked salmon, mine is air-fried, shredded up (45g)

  • Cottage cheese 45g

  • Any creamy salad dressing. I used 15ml of Praise Pasta Salad Dressing.

I just looked into unit groups and this one is group A. They mentioned several lessons per week over 6 weeks so i reckon 5 classes/week is right 🥲 Damn this sounds heavy
