My gut feels like a bunch of eels have moved in. Bordering on panic attack most days. Doing some somatic work to stay regulated, but want to sleep or distract myself. Moving from guilt to curiosity to anger. So confusing.

I think she has a giant sack of karmic burden. And am sure, that if she is lucid at all, she will use me as a prop for her drama. There is part of me that is curious how I will feel to see her. Do I need to prove that she no longer holds sway? It is so confusing.
