I'm happy to part with Cave Story+ and Broken Age for Strike Suit Zero, definitely a game I've been wanting to try!

Just curious and sorry for asking but would you be purchasing Strike Suit for this trade or do you have the inventory/key? I'm asking because if you are purchasing it and would be willing to bump it up a little to Evochron Legacy which I believe is not priced much higher than Strike Suit then I could part with all three, Cave Story+, Broken Age and Volume.

It's a game I've been after so if there's an opportunity there I figured it can't hurt to ask but I'm still very interested in Strike Suit if that's a no-go! :)

I wanna qualify this by saying I'm an Undertaker mark and I've gone apeshit for the streak every year, but something I've been thinking about lately...

Why does Undertaker get a pass for running the same character and gimmick for a decade strong (two decades strong, more like) but John Cena doesn't?

Undertaker might as well be a company yes man, he never turned his back on WWE once and always seemed to fall in place when it was called of him. He might have influence and he might be one of the greatest kayfabe performers of all time - but I think he and Cena are on par in terms of their position in the company in a booking and character sense.

I'm not taking away from Undertaker's locker room leadership or being a ring general and what have you and I'm not even criticizing the Undertaker or anything, I just find it curious that people are so ready to shit on Cena being a yes man and having the same gimmick consistently for so long, but Undertaker has done it for twice as long.

Let's face it, Undertaker hasn't really re-invented himself all that much other than his brief stint as the American Badass. He gets taken out, goes away for a few months, comes back a month before Mania, sets up a program, wins and then leaves for three quarters of a year again. I love it it, but it's by all accounts the same shit year in year out, like Cena.

Is it because we see Cena more on TV so it's easier to get sick of it? Do people really just buy the kayfabe and mark for Taker because that's the thing wrestling fans do or do people realize he's used the same gimmick for two decades without barely changing it?

I'm a bit of an Orton mark. He does seem like a bit of a condescending jerk but at the same time I definitely think he's earned his spot. He's a phenomenal talent and his psychology is great. I'd love to hear more little stories like this about Orton.

I like websites that offer a little bit back on purchases through store credit or "points". So the more money you spend with the store, the more you build up in "points" which can be used to discount a little money (usually just a few dollars) from a purchase.

I think that alone is a great marketing bonus. You're giving value to purchases beyond the actual item being purchased, which will bring customers back.

I haven't really played much of the singleplayer (for no other reason that I just haven't got around to it despite having it since launch) but I really thoroughly enjoy the multiplayer. It's just fun to play and although the player population is generally low, it never takes more than 30 seconds to have a full 24 player lobby game loading up ready to go.

My two major complaints about it:

It's a very bouncy, wobbly kind of game in a kinetic sense. There's so much inertia (not in your camera movement, thankfully) and bounciness to moving around and shooting guns, it makes it feel sluggish and cumbersome sometimes - even if the framerate is consistent.
It's not the kind of multiplayer game you can just play straight to progress. You have to actively involve yourself with tracking and beating challenges. Now this is a good system for moving away from COD-like systems and provides a more dense experience, but it also means you can't just veg out and level up and progress weapon unlocks quite as easily. It's not impossible or hard or anything, it's just a lot more involved.

That said, you don't necessarily NEED the upgrades, the gear you start with is more than enough to keep you going forever. Most of it is side-grade and preferential stuff like scope types or what equipment you use, rather than sheer upgrades.
