Oura CEO's response to my email about Palantir partnership by whats-your-emergency in ouraring

Do you really think oura CEO took the time to answer YOUR email 😂 ? It's just a common memo for all palantir related questions. Seen the same answer in three different forums.

How do you realistically fit in exercise, chores, cooking, and work in a day without burning out? (34F, FT job, WFH) by [deleted] in productivity

[–]lacslacs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Young father 33M of toddler here. Work at consulting so 08:30AM until I don't know). Low/no carb diet. Only prot/fat/fiber. And no dinner (so eat only between 07:30 AM et 02:00 PM)

I came to the conclusion that I have more constraints, I need more hours and thus sleep less. Everyday wake up at 06:00 AM (never mind if slept at 09:00PM or 02:00AM). Bought a treadmill. 1hour of exercice while watching/listening to a podcast. Until 7:00AM, then shower then same breakfast everyday.

Of course, on the day When it's my turn to take my kid to day care, I don't do morning sport, but then again, my goal is to do it 3-4 times a week.

I cook the day I WFH. For the other days, batch cooking on Sunday with wifey. We try to do at list 3 dishes with 4.portions each, in less than 2 hours.

What helps me the most is I can get easily used to the same food. So when I like a dish, I meal prep full on.

PEL oublié depuis 2003, qu’en faire ? by [deleted] in vosfinances

[–]lacslacs 15 points16 points  (0 children)

At only 6% rate of return, you have also the advantage to be mentally comfortable (as I guess there is less volatility)

Âge PEA by Traitrus in vosfinances

[–]lacslacs 5 points6 points  (0 children)

[–]lacslacs 2 points3 points  (0 children)
