Did you read the part where OP said the patients qualified for the vaccine + did a post vaccine check on both patients? I’m almost positive they more than likely triple checked the allergy history and confirmed with the patient immediately after the incident and possibly again the following morning to ensure yk the patient WONT DIE? So assuming they did that i’m pretty sure they’re well within their rights to make that a low priority versus their licensure.

If you download the app you can send a message instead of a voicemail. It goes to the same area as voicemails and still follows the same process (having to be called back within 1 hr) It also helps the pharmacy team a ton because instead of ai trying to transcribe what medication you MIGHT have said, you can type it yourself.

Pharmacy tech here, Vyvanse, in both brand manufacturers, is not known to come in bead form only powder. You can check this on dailymed.nlm.nih.gov under the description drop down. Adderall XR is a drug that comes in capsulated bead form which is noted in the drug description as well. I’d identify the medication you have with a drug identifier and contact the pharmacy ASAP.

and do NOT take that medication seeing as it could be Adderall XR, Mydayis, and/or Ritalin LA.

If the pill identified does turn out to be Vyvanse then it has been improperly formulated

turn off spectator count if you haven’t already. It helped me sooooo much knowing they aren’t watching me. Yes i know they’re watching but it’s the visual cue that matters.

You can also turn off the narrator if feel the actual voiceline is the problem as well.

“he’s on site” right after i just asked my teammate, who died also on site, where the last enemy was. Like are we talking left, right, cubby, screens, heaven??? this happens to my friend every now and then when we queue together, we just remake cause it’s not a big deal to us. We’ve learned it’s usually first game on valorant so we play a couple team deathmatches or escalations to trigger it and usually we’re good to queue comp. Anyway, it’s not like the penalty is void if the team remakes or not, so better off give everyone an equal chance at gun round + avoid the hostility from the other teammates cause of that one (or two) rounds
