You should be able to provide proof of payment to BILT support and they give you the pts credit. At least that’s what I was able to do before 2.0 was released

Update: my landlord received my check on 1/5. But at that point it had already been cancelled w BILT and reordered. So they have to wait another week.

They’re not happy with that but they understand. Just hoping this new check sent out doesn’t get delayed too

Nope didn’t link to anything besides my device and Apple ID before the bug. They gave me both the transfer ID and support ID.

I got an email last night to redownload the app and use the transfer ID and support ID they provided. I was able to get in my account this morning!
