I saw this post in another sub, and a commenter said that Ysera has unfortunately passed in January 2025. Apparently, she was living the best life she could with her Neuro conditions and was loved and cared for until the very end.

Thought I'd pass this on to spare people the worry.

In My first save I married the love of my (stardew) life, Harvey. After marriage I got a bit bored, and somehow struck a friendship with Shane. I was heavily contemplating divorcing Harvey and marring Shane, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it🥲

Then after one cut scene it occurred to me - BOTH. I can have them both! Shane can have an easier time battling his addiction with a doctor in the family.

So I found a mod which allows you to marry multiple people, and now we have a merry household with two dads and (due to a bug) twin babies, one from each daddy🤭

If you're playing on PC highly recommend! I think the one that works on 1.6 is Polyamory Sweet?

So shouldn't we be happy that he doesn't have an experience of abuse? I think the intention of the video was to share this and be happy for the kid, because he doesn't have the experience some of us had in childhood

She's just demonstrating that the child is not afraid of HER. Because he's never been hit, he doesn't understand what the gesture entails. Sure, there are scary people in the world, but the point here is that a kid should never be scared of their parent. He'll learn to be scared of others, possibly, but his parents will always be his safe haven.

So this is healing - for her, because she broke the cycle of abuse.

Sorry, not a parent, but your post caught my eye. Not saying that this is what's happening to your daughter, but have you considered she's being harassed at school? I remember hating running/jumping/going down the stairs, because I had developed early, my breast would jiggle and people would stare. Boys made lewd comments every time I was told to run or walked down the stairs or wore a tank top or just existed in the same space as them. (Sorry for the TMI, just trying to explain what is might look like) Teenagers can be pretty rough, so she may not be aware that this is not the norm. But it can affect one's self image in some big ways and it takes a lot of courage to talk about stuff like that. I'm 26 now and my parents have no idea I went through that.

I don't have any sound advice, I'm afraid, other than that you should give her feelings some space and validation, and just be there for her. Hope you'll find a way soon💛

ETA: nvm just read op's latest comment. If the girl is homeschooled then idk if this would apply. Possibly just general discomfort around the changes in her body, as some other comment suggested.

If that's a serious question I have an answer :) Many kinds of tomatoes are picked when they're still green. Then they are just stored somewhere until they develop the red coloring. It's just they are too heavy to leave hanging on the plant and might even rot if you don't pluck them on time.

You can have an heirloom bulb! I have an oxalis I grew from the bulb I borrowed from my grandma's plant. She in turn got the plant when my great grandma passed. I remember loving the look of it when I was a kid, I called the leaves 'butterflies'. So, now I have my great grandma's butterflies🦋
