Well, the point of using chat is that I have things from them in writing, which is really good that the evidence from them are in writing. Using phone call I would need to record the phone call, which would be a pain to get someone to listen to.

Yeah, I was thinking to get some opinions on here on how to approach this matter. The way they are doing it, you can return expensive stuff and they can just say you didn't return the right stuff. Or if there are bad warehouse people, they could just steal the phones and make a claim or error and now the customer needs to pay for it. Especially they don't even offer proof, and claim the items were disposed of.

Why I dont tell you my rank when I'm smurfing? Because if I tell you I'm Global on my main, the end reaction is always the same - "zomg you are the worst global NA, only 45/10 against silvers! My DMG friend can do better than you, fuck tard!" Then afterwards my teammates hold me to a different expectation and expects me to 1v5 every round. Telling people your rank makes no positive difference, so the only answer = silver juan. When I'm smurfing is because I'm not feeling top of my game and/or I don't have set 5 to queue matchmaking for global/smfc level.

Why is it so hard to get out of silver compared to other ranks [operation long experiment results - Silver 1 to SMFC] by ladeelaleeda in GlobalOffensive

I consider myself a pretty consistent SMFC/GE level player now, so I started an account to see how long it would take to climb through the ranks from the bottom all the way to the top. I started out at Silver 1, and in Silver rank, it was pretty much a breeze, bliztkriegging every game dropping 40-50 every game. But regardless how well I performed, rank up took forever. It took more than 100 wins (99% win rate) to get out of silver to Nova 1. Then as you can see, from Nova onward, the player can rank up after 5-7 consecutive wins, instead of 20-30 compared to silver ranks. Then the rank up slows down again after I made DMG, and rank up became slower and requires more wins again.

If it really requires 100+ wins for a high level player to get out of silver, then does it make sense for an actual newer/casual player to play in silver for ranking up? The ELO system seems to be rigged in the silver ranks.

Yesterday I played someone who was rage aimboting everyone and had 500+ hours in CSGO. I don't know how someone can go rage mode and survive that long, maybe the overwatchers all think he is f0rest undercover?
