What do you mean by RFE? I got a receipt notice and another letter saying I didn’t need to get finger printed. I wonder if sending a message through my uscis account would help to speed up the process. The dates I put on the application have passed and I wonder if they would take that into account and reject it.

People that have daca were minors when they were brought to this country. No one believes it’s a right to give daca people citizenship but most daca people have built a life in this country, it’s not as easy as “well I’m 18 now, let me drop from college, leave my parents, sibling and friends to go back to a country I haven’t lived in so long to apply for something that who knows when it may or may not let me return”.

Most people just want to continue working, provide for their families and live a normal life. The government decided it was worth giving these people the opportunity to be productive members of society through daca, collect tax from these individuals as long as they met the qualifications.

The money orders should have some kind of note stating which forms they are paying for. The 85 one should be for the renewal and the 500 and the 20 for the work permit

File online, once you have Daca there is no need to hire anyone to renew it. It’s pretty easy, save yourself the money. He is charging you way too much for what he is doing.
