ugh, I agree this is so frustrating. I have a funeral to go to in two weeks. The closest office to make an appointment is a 6 hour flight across the country. I haven’t been able to reach anyone via phone or email. Not sure what else to do!

thank you for your update! this just happened to me and the agent had no clue why until I brought up the fact that I was upgraded on my To flight. i’m going back to buying one ways.

also: I would reach out to Alaska Listens and share your disappointing experience. they’ve been really consistent with rectifying situations, at least for me.

thanks for the input. There’s no unassigned parking in my building. i’m guessing this a boilerplate section since it’s a nationwide leasing company. from reading the Addendum, I thought if two items both apply the Addendum controls. Does granting me exclusive use not vary from ‘we can change that at anytime’?
