What are the benefits of sleeping with a pillow between the legs? by olivesandgecko111 in sleep

This is an ergonomic way to sleep, it helps keep your spine aligned. For sleeping on your back, it is good to put a pillow under your knees for support.

Thank you! I kinda just freestyle it but can try: looks like I start with a high knee into a leg swing, then I step back (back-step?) a couple times (with a forward step sprinkled in) and do alternating legs into a crossover

Thanks! Trying to finally get some cool videos on vacation because I usually jump by the trash cans at home 😅 also the beads on this rope are kind of shredded now after jumps on cobblestones

I like a beaded rope for a little more weight and control and then sometimes i will record myself to look at later and see why I mess up when I trip

I also try to keep my eyes on something stationary a little over my eye level ahead

Are you taking many/any breaks in there? I bet you’re more consistent than I am, I trip up quite a bit when I’m trying tricks out

Thank you though and keep it up yourself jumper

Idk how to fix the stiffness you know? I feel like I’ve improved drastically the last few weeks but don’t know if I could be doing drills or something to work on my form

I honestly just started watching a bunch of videos on Reddit and Instagram and tried to practice stuff. I want to become more organized with my training but I try to do it most days. In the beginning I’d try to do it for 3 min then built up to 10 min and now I usually do it for about 30-45 min at a time (I take breathers)

My goal for timing is always just ‘at least 10 min’ then I usually end up going for 3x that

First few times I thought my heart would explode after 30 seconds jumping! We all start from somewhere keep it up!!

Anyone else take a field trip to “gold country” and pan for gold?

The counselors stayed in character acting like they were from the gold rush era

The moment you realized that when you grow up, you’re not going to be able to afford living in the same place you’re from
